About Me
Ronda, also known as Angel, who was born in St. Louis, Missouri, is a highly experienced professional with over 17 years of experience working with youths. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology with a minor in Sociology from Missouri State University and a master’s degree in criminal justice w/Emphasis in Law Enforcement Administration and Leadership from Columbia College. Throughout her career, she has worked in various roles within the juvenile justice system. Owing to her wealth of experience in the juvenile system, she has worked alongside both youths and adults, and she is aware of the issues they continuously face. Looking back into her life and story, Ronda feels it is imperative that the opportunities for success come NOW rather than LATER and the continuing guidance is a major factor. This led to her eventually starting “The Angels Online LLC” to address issues like depression, anxiety, bullying, and gun violence that youth face today. Over the years, she has made it her life-long ambition to support the youths and influence positive change in their lives. Ronda’s continuous urge and dream to become an agent of positive change in the lives of others and uphold the promise made to her great grandmother Martha birthed “Marthas Angels,” her non-profit organization. Marthas Angels aims to equip young individuals with essential life skills, fostering their personal and professional development to thrive in the ever-evolving future. Ronda enjoys traveling and creating memories as often as she can with family and friends. She loves sports and the outdoors
